Course Objectives
This course is an all-round body-shaping aerobic yoga that exercises and stretches the muscles of the whole body. During the practice, the focus is on breathing and mental concentration, while also exercising the core muscles to enhance detoxification and body-building effects. It can not only strengthen the body, but also eliminate fatigue and stress.
