Common English conversations about service recipients, self-introduction and general handling etiquette, customer service, handling inquiries, accepting complaints and telephone communication skills
Admission Requirements
". Those who intend to change careers in the property management and security industry, have a primary school education and two or more years of work experience; or . Those who are interested in changing careers in the property management and security industry, have a Secondary 3 degree and have work experience; or . Current property management and security industry practitioner"

Remark
"Tuition Waiver/Subsidy . Applicants with no income or monthly income of $14,000 or less can apply for ""fee exemption"" (attendance rate must reach 80%) . Those with a monthly income of $14,001-22,000 can apply to pay ""highly subsidized tuition fees"" (attendance rate must reach 80%) . Those with a monthly income of $22,001 or above are required to pay ""general subsidized tuition fees"" Remark .
