The service unit was established in 1989 and transitioned into a self-financing Elderly Centre in 2003. Its objective is to provide a diverse range of educational courses for seniors, encouraging them to keep pace with the times, continue learning and engage in multifaceted development, ultimately aiming to achieve the goal of "lifelong learning".
