Methodist Centre (MC) is dedicated in promoting the concept of racial equality. We officially signed “The Racial Diversity & Inclusion Charter for Employers” advocated by the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) recently. The pledge consists of nine objectives aimed at encouraging organizations to practice inclusive policies, cultures and work environments. By signing the pledge, MC commits to fulfilling these objectives, actively promoting and implementing a diverse and inclusive workplace.
