"． Those who intend to change careers in the property management and security industry, have a Secondary 3 degree and have work experience; or ． Interested in changing careers in the property management and security industry, primary school level 6 and 2 years of work experience; or ． Current property management and security industry practitioner"

Remark
"Tuition Waiver/Subsidy ． Applicants with no income or monthly income of $14,000 or less can apply for ""fee exemption"" (attendance rate must reach 80%) ． Those with a monthly income of $14,001-22,000 can apply to pay ""highly subsidized tuition fees"" (attendance rate must reach 80%) ． Those with a monthly income of $22,001 or above are required to pay ""general subsidized tuition fees"" Remark ． Students who are currently studying or enrolling in ""Part-time Non-Employment-Linked Programs"" may enroll in or enroll in more than one ""Part-time Non-Employment-Linked Programs"" at the same time."
