Course Objectives

To enable students to deepen their understanding of the correct methods and appropriate contingency measures for handling emergencies they face in daily work.

Course Content

Emergency response concepts, categories and handling methods, handling of electrical and mechanical failures and natural disasters, accidents and crowd control, insurance types, instructions for handling guest insurance claims, insurance claim procedures and relevant departments

Admission Requirements

"1) Currently employed in the property management and security industry; or intend to switch to the property management and security industry and reach Secondary 3 level; or hold a property management and security industry certificate at Level 1 of the qualification level issued by ERB or issued by other recognized institutions persons with equivalent qualifications; and 2) More than two years of work experience"

Training Period

20 hours (4 hours per class, 5 classes in total)

Tuition Fee

$0 (tuition exemption) / $375 (high financial aid) / $1250 (general financial aid)

Remark

"Tuition Waiver/Subsidy . Applicants with no income or monthly income of $14,000 or less can apply for ""fee exemption"" (attendance rate must reach 80%) . Those with a monthly income of $14,001-22,000 can apply to pay ""highly subsidized tuition fees"" (attendance rate must reach 80%) . Those with a monthly income of $22,001 or above are required to pay ""general subsidized tuition fees"" Remark . Students who are currently studying or enrolling in ""Part-time Non-Employment-Linked Programs"" may enroll in or enroll in more than one ""Part-time Non-Employment-Linked Programs"" at the same time."
