Admission Requirements
"● Have one year of working experience in the property management industry; or hold any special level-one qualification in the unit of competency assessment of the property management industry under the ""Recognition of Prior Learning"" mechanism of the Qualifications Framework; or ● Those who intend to change to work in the property management industry, have a Secondary 5 level and have work experience; or those who intend to change to work in the property management industry, have a Secondary 3 level and have two years of work experience; and any property management-related qualifications level one Course graduates"

Remark
"Tuition Waiver/Subsidy . Applicants with no income or monthly income of $14,000 or less can apply for ""fee exemption"" (attendance rate must reach 80%) . Those with a monthly income of $14,001-22,000 can apply to pay ""highly subsidized tuition fees"" (attendance rate must reach 80%) . Those with a monthly income of $22,001 or above are required to pay ""general subsidized tuition fees"" Remark . Students who are currently studying or enrolling in ""Part-time Non-Employment-Linked Programs"" may enroll in or enroll in more than one ""Part-time Non-Employment-Linked Programs"" at the same time."
